To serve the present age,
My calling to fulfill:
O may it all my powers engage
To do my Master's will!

As a member of the 51st Session of the General Conference of our connectional church convening on July 6, 2021, in a hybrid fashion on two continents, one of the most important tasks you will face during this historic four-day Intercontinental convention is the vote on Saturday, July 10, 2021, for those you will choose to lead our Church for the next quadrennium.

Two of your many votes will be cast for clergy persons seeking to serve on the Judicial Council of the Church. The Judicial Council is the highest judicatory body of the Church. It is an appellate court amenable only to the General Conference of the Church.

Clergy candidate number 311, the Reverend James T. Golden, Esquire, is one of three clergy candidates seeking to give greater service on the Judicial Council. A copy of the advertisement that has been placed in the General Conference souvenir journal can be found below for more information about Rev. Golden.

The video below outlines in more detail what unique experiences Rev. Golden has had in his past service to many organizations that would allow him to be a worthy vessel of higher service to the Church on the Judicial Council. Finally, Rev. Golden welcomes you to communicate directly with him about his candidacy. Thank you for your consideration of this message.
